I currently offer in person/virtual therapy sessions to provide flexibility and convenience for my clients.

Frequency depends on your needs, but many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust as progress is made.

Valorous Wellness is a cash-pay practice, meaning Valorous Wellness does not accept insurance. However, We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
