  • Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other. We will:

    • Discuss your concerns, goals, and therapy expectations

    • Explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck

    • Develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs

    This is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

  • I currently offer in person/virtual therapy sessions to provide flexibility and convenience for my clients.

    • Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes long.

    • Frequency depends on your needs, but many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust as progress is made.

  • Valorous Wellness is a cash-pay practice, meaning Valorous Wellness does not accept insurance. However, We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

  • Valorous Wellness has rate of $165 per individual session. Book for a consultation.
